Meditation Practice Sangha

Join the Center for Spiritual Living Greater Dayton Meditation Sangha

Wednesday evenings at 7pm
This practice includes a short dharma talk in order to still the mind, calm the body, and begin to understand the deeper consciousness. Chanting is incorporating into the beginning of each meditation period. Everyone is welcome. If you are new to meditation, please come at 6:30pm for some introductory tips.

The meditation starts promptly at 7pm — the doors are closed; please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivers are asked not to enter and disturb those in practice.

Sunday evenings at 6:30pm
We will simply enter into silence for 30 minutes on Sundays. Some evenings we involve a gentle guided meditation or a walking meditation.
